I think the key with it will be figuring out what limits I can set on what I do. Things like deliberately pulling the punch on the jump smash to go for more accuracy instead of power.

It’s the more violent moves that get me into trouble with the shoulder but I’ve still got a lot of work to do in other areas (mobility and consistency!) of the badminton. I can work on the other areas while figuring out the limits on the shoulder 🙂
