If you discipline yourself, put your mind into it, and allow for cheat days, you can accomplish any goal weight. Motivation is power! The winter months I tend to bulk up a bit, but I recommend eating small healthy meals throughout the day 4-5, and don't eat a lot at night.I studied Health & P.E. so I know somewhat, I am not cert. dietitian or anything.
