This just happened to me and I found a new post within a month! I have always been good at handling big change and once the decision is made I always act on it. Mind you, less than a week into my new post and it seems more change is on the horizon as they decide where the team should go under the new regime and it could be another department / site! Out of the frying pan and into the fire!
