I'm sorry you feel this low. The shorter days and the darkness can't help either. I am glad that work is somewhere you enjoy going though. I used to but I absolutely dread going in these days. I think I have one of the worse bosses around. Hence why I am in similar poor shape and also looking forward to Xmas. It can't come soon enough 🙂
